» Real Madrid 2-0 Sevilla. Ozil and Adebayor scored the goals.

Real Madrid won 2-0 against Sevilla and gets the ticket for the final of Copa del Rey, on which will play against Barcelona. Cristiano Ronaldo was close to score, but missed a few good chances.

Adebayor came off the bench to score on his home debut for Real Madrid and put the score on a 3-0 aggregate win, over Copa del Rey holders Sevilla, setting up a very antecipated final against Barcelona. After Benzema had scored the only goal in Sevilla, in last week's first leg, Real's two German internationals combined to make the breakthrough against a feisty Sevilla late in the second half at a nervous Bernabéu.

Cristiano Ronaldo tried to change things, but he couldn't finish a few good chances and his confidence levels seem to have dropped a bit since he didn't score any goal in the last 4 matches. However, Khedira's superb pass sent Mesut Ozil clear in the 82nd minute and he smoothly rounded Sevilla's goalkeeper Javi Varas to finish easily into the empty net.

Sevilla's defender Sergio Sanchez, was dismissed after being shown a second yellow card in the 85th, due to a late tackle on new loan signing Emmanuel Adebayor, who just made his debut at Santiago Bernabéu, after joining from Manchester City last month.

The Togolese international had been on the pitch for around 10 minutes when he controlled a Lassana Diarra cross on his chest and volleyed past Varas from close range, scoring his first goal for Real Madrid. Cristiano Ronaldo didn't stop trying to score his goal or assist a teammate, but tonight he couldn't perform as he did before in previous stages of this season.

Real Madrid was seeking their first domestic Cup since 1993. Barcelona, the 2009 winners, will now meet Real Madrid in the April 20 final, for the first time since 1990, when Barça won 2-0.

A second-string Barcelona completed earlier today a crushing 8-0 aggregate victory over Almeria. Adriano, Thiago Alcantara and Ibrahim Afellay scored in a 3-0 win on the night.
