12.02.2011 » Cristiano Ronaldo: "We have to fight until the last match!" (video)
After granting a big interview to Cadena Ser, now it was time for Cristiano Ronaldo to talk to another spanish radio, Antena 3.
It's undeniable that the Spanish League is more disputed than ever. Right now, Real Madrid is 8 points behind Barcelona and even knowing it's not going to be an easy task, Cristiano Ronaldo believes it's still possible.
Ronaldo: "We can't think that the league is already lost. It will be hard, but it's not impossible. The gap is 7 points (now 8, since Barcelona drew in tonight's game against Sporting Gijon) and we have to fight until the last match. The championship is very competitive and a proof of that is that we already lost points against clubs in the bottom of the table. But I believe teams like Sevilla and Valencia can also steal points to Barcelona.
The portuguese international also talked about all the critics he receives in Spain. Cristiano Ronaldo said: "I'm not going to change the way I behave. I have my own personality, my character and no one will change that. I'm aware when I do something wrong. I'm always willing to learn and hearing others opinions. I'm a very balanced guy and I'm truly happy because I play in the best club in the world, with the best teammates possible."
Cristiano Ronaldo was also asked to comment on the different treatment he gets from the public when compared to other star players: "People applaud and cheer me a lot, but when I'm on the field it changes completely."
