19.10.2018 » Juventus strongly fancied to march on against Genoa
Juventus host Genoa on Saturday, aiming to continue their perfect start to the Serie A season. Eight wins out of eight have taken Juve six points clear at the top of the table and it is difficult to see anyone stopping them winning their eighth title in a row. Having also won their opening two matches in the UEFA Champions League against Valencia and Young Boys, the Italian side are the only team in Europe's top five leagues to have triumphed in all ten of their games across all competitions this season. This weekend, they go head to head with a mid-table Genoa, just three days before they visit Old Trafford to play Manchester United in another Champions League gameweek.

Rotations ahead of Man United?
Fans looking for betting tips for the game via winningsportsbets.co.uk will be unsurprised to learn that Juve are long odds-on to beat Genoa this weekend. Manager Massimiliano Allegri may rest star forward Paulo Dybala for the match, with Juve set to travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in the Champions League next Tuesday.
The home side are strongly fancied to defeat Genoa, regardless of the starting XI Allegri decides to settle on. Juve have lost just two of their last 11 meetings with Genoa in all competitions and they haven’t conceded a goal against them in their last six home matches.
They have won 11 of their last 13 meetings with Genoa at home (W11, D2) dating back to Serie B in 2006/2007.
Profiling Genoa
The visitors head into the game 11th in the table after winning four and losing three of their league matches this term. Despite their solid start to the campaign under Davide Ballardini, Genoa recently sacked the coach and reappointed Ivan Juric for the third time.
The new boss will have the whole squad available to choose from and he is not expected to make too many changes to the system that was employed by his predecessor. Genoa will once again rely heavily on Krzysztof Piatek, with the Polish striker currently top of the Serie A scoring charts with nine goals in just eight matches.
He is ahead of Lorenzo Insigne (6), Ciro Immobile (5) and Gregoire Defrel (5), while Juve star Cristiano Ronaldo is just behind with four. The home side look a good bet at odds of around 4/5 to win to nil this weekend and make it nine wins in a row in Serie A. With Empoli (A) and Cagliari (H) next on the agenda in the league, Juve could easily head into their game at AC Milan on November 11 with 33 points.
Fans of other clubs will certainly be hoping that Juve slip up over the next few weeks to stop the title.
